I’m Joshua Delp — a husband, father, pastor, coach, and founder of Rising Leadership.

After nearly 20 years of working with men and a decade of serving in full-time ministry, I’ve learned this: every leader hits seasons of stuck and valleys of doubts and discouragement. I’ve walked through those valleys myself — and I know the way out into brighter days of purpose and peace.

Today, I help Christian men and leaders find the clarity, confidence, and courage they need to break through what’s holding them back and step into the next level of their God- given purpose — in life and leadership.
