I wasn’t supposed to be a leader.
But God had other plans.

I grew up in a broken home, struggling with a stutter, and surrounded by dysfunction. On paper, I wasn’t built for leadership. But deep down, I carried a burden — a God-given desire to make a difference and help others do the same.

In my early 20s, I walked into a leadership event at church and something clicked. I realized leadership wasn’t just a skill — it was my calling. And ever since, I’ve been pursuing the craft of leadership as a way to serve people and change lives.

I’ve seen the weight of leadership firsthand — stress, burnout, criticism, failure, isolation. I’ve experienced it myself. At times, I wasn’t sure how to keep going.
